At PHS:
I'm a teacher of the Ceramic Pottery Program and the Advisor for Photo Club.

My Education:
Graduate of PHS!
BS in Art Education at Rhode Island College, including minors in Ceramics and Sculpture.
MA in photography at RIC and Alternative Processing from Bennington College in VT.

When I was a student:
I was a photographer for yearbook. Covered sports, dances, and all school events in my junior and senior year. I worked at Armor Studios.
I studied in Graphic Communications Program at Rogers High School. And developed all black and white photography for the area schools year books.
Singer! All State Chorus with Kate Grame!
Sang in 3 different bands in high school and beyond. Including a blues band, a rock band called "Crystal Fire" and a punk band doing B52's and Berlin songs.

When I am not teaching:
I am an artist/designer of stuff. Endless construction of art projects including currently building my arts studio (RED-M STUDIO), tile murals, beach and outdoor sculptures, clay works, Raku fires, photo documentaries, portraiture, planning community events, studying martial arts, exhibiting my work and landscaping projects.
