Description: The Close-Up Foundation offers a unique government studies program for students (grades 10-12). Close-Up teaches responsible participation in the democratic process through civic education. A weeklong trip (date TBA) to Washington D.C. provides students with the opportunity to experience firsthand the people, the process and the issues that drive our democracy. Students stay at hotels in the D.C. area and are with students from all over the country.
